Due to its project entitled "Site development at Genév Kft. with the purpose of making waste management more effective", the GENÉV Kft. has successfully applied within the framework of the South Great Plain Operational Programme's site development tender system. Our project has been granted a non-refundable subsidy of HUF 98 846 303. The total gross cost of the tender was HUF 281 123 740.

Within the framework of the investment, our company established a waste management plant of 1517 m2 and improved its technical equipment in order to enhance the management of rubber, paper, glass and plastic waste selection. Apart from maintaining all the current positions at our company, the new waste selection plant makes the creation of 8 further posts possible.

Our company expects this improvement to bring about a significant increase in income and to ensure a waste recycling practice that provides a solid foundation for a sustainable economic growth for Szeged and its broader agglomeration.
